FOOD FOR THOUGHT BEFORE FINAL MATCH

Well,now we have came across the final days before the CAT.Being a PTzen and and most importently an aspirent of this year i think that fooding would play a crucial role in the preprations of the pals,so here are some tips from my side to them...
Exam time is an stressful time for anyone,no matter how prepared we are and how many hour we spend daily on studying.Many people deal with stress by eating and in some cases by overeating......but beaware dont imbroiled in such activities.
The craving for food,especially snaks can go up during exams.too much fat in our food can leads us to sleep.so i think that fruits are an smart option.We should nutricious meal.We can eat things such as milk,eggs and toast and caffine also which has been shown to increase alertness and performence.and at last water and water because water is precious.............
